Buying in Spain

1. Reservation contract &  3000 euro reservation fee has to be signed and payed
2. Control of the paperwork of the property by Inmo Cobat

 

3. If everything is okay, we go ahaed and the buyer pays 10% (- 3000 euro)
 
4. Payment methods are to be stipulated in the contract
 
5. Buyer has to have an NIE number and open a bank account in Spain
6. Before notary: house and inventory check by all the parties
6. Final payment will be made at the notary when the keys are handed over.
7. Registration of the deed and payment of the costs envolved
 
8. Utility companies have to be informed (water, thelephone, electricity, gas, ...)
